Kraftringen Nät is now looking for an Electrical Safety Coordinator who can drive and develop the electrical safety area within the company.

The role is responsible for coordinating, driving, and developing the electrical safety work at Kraftringen Nät. The position is based at Kraftringen Nät but also provides support to Kraftringen Energi's other companies. In this role, you will work both in the office and in the field and serve as a link between Kraftringen Nät and our contractors.

The role works closely with the company's electrical installer for regulatory compliance, the electrical installation manager, and the HSE specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, drive, and develop the electrical safety work at the company, including the development and implementation of governing documentation such as routines, instructions, and guidelines
• Provide expert support to the organization on electrical safety issues
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and risk observations and develop routines and improvements to avoid these
• Support the organization during safety rounds, field visits, and construction inspections
• Communicate with customers upon discovering deficiencies in their facilities or when unauthorized work is performed in our facilities
• Participate in risk assessment work for particularly electrical safety-critical tasks and support the development of action plans
• Interpret and ensure that Kraftringen complies with current legislation in the electrical safety area as well as industry standards
• Set requirements for training in the electrical safety area
• Act as the network contact person and set requirements regarding electrical safety issues in HE/PE agreements
• Monitor the external environment
• Act as an external contact person regarding certain authority contacts

As a person, you are confident in your knowledge and experience. You are meticulous, structured, analytical, pedagogical, and communicative, and you collaborate well with others. You are engaged and trustworthy, and you easily build relationships.

• Post-secondary education in electrical power or another education that the employer deems equivalent
• Work experience in electrical safety from the energy sector, energy production, or process industry
• Experience in proactive electrical safety work with contractors
• Authorization A for electrical installation work
• Experience with self-control programs
• Experience in planning and leading training within the electrical safety area
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

• Good knowledge of BAS P/U
• Experience with the IA system
